Temporary marriage of a girl whose father and paternal grandfather are not alive

Is it permissible for a virgin girl whose father and paternal grandfather are not alive to conclude a temporary marriage with a married man without presence of witnesses and without permission from her mother and brothers? Can the girl and the man recite the formula of temporary marriage themselves?
Religiously speaking in the said case they can, but it is advisable for girls to consult with reliable people in such important matters.

In Islam, communication between non-Mahram men and women is very much undesirable. If the communication and dialogue is related to scientific matters, there is no problem in it to the necessary extent, but more than that paves the way for corruption. Therefore, in answer to the question, even if the boy and girl do not intend to start a friendship, since this kind of relationship mostly ends up in friendship and corruption, one should avoid it.

To what extent can a woman look at the body of a non-mahram man without lustful intentions?
If there is lustful intention, it is absolutely impermissible. If there are no lustful intentions, she can only look at his face and hands.

I am about to marry a girl. I’m almost a religious person and religion takes priority in my life. However, she says she is not very religious and she has taken her beliefs from other members of the family especially her brothers’ wives. She says she cannot observe fast because she is a teacher and fasting causes her to feel weak. She also says she does not offer her prayers regularly and does not care about it very much. Nevertheless, she says she observes moral rules and promises to observe hijab to the extent that satisfies me.
Now I don’t know what to do. It should be added that my parents agree with the conditions put by her family.

Is it a sin to look at the photo of a painting which depicts an imaginary woman in nude?
If it does not lead to corruption, there is no problem in it.
