In what circumstances it is not forbidden for a woman to shake hands with a non-mahram man? In order to pay allegiance, can a woman kiss the hand of a man covered with a piece of cloth?
Marriage with non-Muslims other than people of the book

What is the ruling on concluding a temporary marriage and having sexual intercourse with a non-Muslim girl who is not from the people of the book? Is there any way to make such relationship lawful?
If she is neither a Muslim nor from the people of the book, marrying her is not permissible. In case one concludes such marriage not knowing the ruling, it would not be counted as fornication but is considered intercourse ensued from a mistake. But after knowing the ruling, one is not allowed to do it.
Temporary marriage of a girl whose father and paternal grandfather are not alive

Is it permissible for a virgin girl whose father and paternal grandfather are not alive to conclude a temporary marriage with a married man without presence of witnesses and without permission from her mother and brothers? Can the girl and the man recite the formula of temporary marriage themselves?
Religiously speaking in the said case they can, but it is advisable for girls to consult with reliable people in such important matters.
Father’s permission in temporary marriage

Is temporary marriage with a girl allowable without permission from the girl’s father? Stipulating that the father’s permission be sought makes such marriage impossible since no father gives such permission to his daughter and this would result in sinning.
Based on obligatory precaution a virgin girl should not get married without her father’s permission. Since such marriage is not suitable for a virgin girl, fathers do not allow it. This per se does not force someone to commit sins. In case one intends to marry a girl, he should propose to her family and provided that her father allows it, conclude a temporary marriage with her. If the father of the girl does not allow it, he should refrain from having unlawful contact with her in order not to fall into sinning.
